Siena therapists adapt their technique and style depending on each client’s individual needs, but not all therapists are specialists in all types of massage. Therefore we always try to match the client with the right therapist. It makes a difference, and we hope you agree!
About Our Senior Therapists
At Siena, our clients deserve the very best. We are proud to offer Senior Therapists at both our Frisco and McKinney locations who have put in the years of training and education to reach the top of their field. In order to retain these employees, sessions with our Senior Therapists cost an additional $10 per hour. Book an appointment and discover why they’re worth every penny!
We are proud to offer the following massage services:
Swedish Massage
A gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements to encourage relaxation and overall body health. Swedish massage Increases circulation and removes toxins from the body. Can range from very light to very firm pressure.
Trigger Point Massage
Uses brief moments of pressure on sensitive areas of tight muscle fibers that can form in muscles after injury or overuse. Trigger point therapy is designed to eliminate pain and to re-educate the muscles into pain-free habits.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage technique uses slower, more vigorous strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
Note: With some clients, the pressure needed to successfully treat knots may cause slight bruising.
Prenatal Massage
A light to medium pressure relaxation massage which aims to soothe stressed and over-worked muscles of pregnant women.
Note: Service is not provided to clients during the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Sports Massage
Addresses specific needs of athletes. Sports massage uses a variety of massage strokes and techniques for either pre-event, post-event or muscle maintenance.
Reflexology
An ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure points in the hands and feet to reduce pain, soothe tired feet and encourage overall relaxation.
Hot River Rock Massage
This premium service employs warm, smooth stones to enhance your relaxation in the massage session. Stones may be placed on certain areas of the body, but at Siena Massage we focus on the active use of stones in the therapist’s hands.
